Welcome to Nex Level Lounge! By visiting and utilizing the services provided by our restaurant and bar lounge, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging in any activities at our establishment.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By entering Nex Level Lounge or using any of its services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Age Restrictions

All patrons must be at least 18 to enter Nex Level Lounge unless accompanied by a legal guardian during daytime dining hours.
Patrons must be at least 21 to purchase, consume, or possess alcohol on the premises. Valid government-issued identification may be requested to verify age compliance.
Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears underage or unable to provide proper identification.

3. Responsible Alcohol Consumption

Nex Level Lounge promotes responsible drinking. We reserve the right to refuse service to any patron who appears intoxicated or misbehaves.
Overconsumption of alcohol will not be tolerated. Any disruptive behavior resulting from excessive drinking may result in removal from the premises without refund.
Guests who plan to drink are encouraged to arrange safe transportation. Nex Level Lounge is not liable for any incidents after patrons leave the premises.

4. Dress Code

Nex Level Lounge enforces a smart casual dress code. Footwear and appropriate attire are required at all times.
The following items are prohibited inside the lounge area: beachwear, swimwear, torn clothing, offensive graphics, and hats/caps.
Management reserves the right to deny entry to individuals not adhering to the dress code.

5. Reservation Policies

Reservations can be made via phone at (242) 828-9044 or through our website/app, subject to availability.
A credit card may be required to secure large groups or special event reservations. Failure to honor a reservation may result in a cancellation fee.
Tables will be held for 15 minutes past the reserved time unless prior arrangements have been made.

6. Payment Terms

Payments can be made using cash (BSD), major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), or approved digital payment methods.
Prices listed on menus and promotional materials are subject to change without notice. Taxes and gratuities may apply.
Split checks are available upon request but are subject to staff discretion based on operational capacity.

7. Liability Waiver

While we strive to provide a safe and enjoyable environment, Nex Level Lounge is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
Patrons assume full responsibility for their actions while on the premises. We are not liable for injuries sustained due to negligence or misconduct by guests.
Surveillance cameras are in operation throughout the property for security purposes.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited within Nex Level Lounge:

Smoking or vaping indoors (designated outdoor smoking areas are available).
Bringing outside food or beverages onto the premises.
Using illegal substances or engaging in illicit activities.
Harassment, discrimination, or violence against staff or other patrons.
Unauthorized photography or videography for commercial purposes.

Violations of this policy may result in immediate removal and potential legal action.

9. Promotions and Discounts

Special offers, discounts, and promotions are valid only during specified periods and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
Offers may exclude certain menu items or premium products.
Management reserves the right to modify or terminate promotions without prior notice.

10. Events and Private Functions

A deposit may be required to confirm a booking for private events or functions. Full payment is typically due 7 days before the event date.
Cancellations less than 7 days before the event may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Clients hosting events are responsible for ensuring their guests adhere to Nex Level Lounge’s rules and regulations.

11. Refunds and Complaints

Refunds will only be issued in cases of error on our part (e.g., incorrect order, unsatisfactory quality). Proof of purchase may be required.
Complaints should be directed to management promptly so we can address concerns efficiently. Feedback helps us improve your experience.

12. Force Majeure

Nex Level Lounge shall not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, utility outages, or other unforeseen events.

13. Governing Law

The laws of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas govern these Terms & Conditions. Any disputes arising from your visit or transactions at Nex Level Lounge will be resolved under Bahamian jurisdiction.

14. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions anytime. Changes will occur immediately upon posting on our website or notification within the lounge.
